Refund Policy
We reserve the right to update and revise this Returns/Refund/Reprint Policy without prior notice to reflect changes in our operations, services, or in response to customer feedback. Any changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date at the top of this policy. Please review this policy frequently, as the current Returns/Refund/Reprint Policy will apply to all orders placed with Print and Beyond.
We guarantee that our printed products will meet industry standards and be free from defects. If you have any general issues with your print job, please contact our Customer Service Department, and a representative will assist you.
If you believe your print job is defective or does not meet your expectations, please contact us in writing via our online support system within six (6) business days of receiving your order. If we do not hear from you within this timeframe, we will assume your order was satisfactory upon receipt and will not be obligated to provide a refund or reprint. Once you contact us, we will have five (5) business days to determine if a reprint or refund is warranted or if additional information is required. If we request more information and it is not provided promptly, we may be unable to process your request.
If we determine that a product is indeed defective or does not meet our obligations, you will be offered one of the following resolutions:
-
A reprint of the order with rush production.
-
A refund of the original order price.
We reserve the right to request samples of any allegedly defective merchandise before agreeing to a resolution.
A Customer Service representative will typically reach out to you within 24-48 hours after we determine a reprint or refund is appropriate to confirm the solution. If you do not respond within five (5) business days of their initial contact, we will assume the issue has been resolved, and no reprint or refund will be provided. Once a solution is agreed upon, you must return the entire original print order to the address specified by our Customer Service representative within 15 calendar days. If you fail to do so, we will charge the original order amount to your credit card on file.
A refund will be processed within 10 business days of our receipt of the returned product, while a reprint will begin rush production within one (1) business day of receiving the original product or at an earlier agreed time.
The above policies represent Print and Beyond’s sole responsibility regarding defective orders. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, resulting from your order.
